CHECKING IN

Q: How much does it cost to check - in / register for first time users of the park?

A: There is a one-time fee of 5.00 dollars to first time users of the park. Every rider
is issued a color, photo identification card for this fee. They are also required to
fill out a 'Safety Information' form and a 'Waiver Release' form. IF YOU ARE UNDER
EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FILL OUT THIS FORM
WITH YOU. If you download this form from our website it MUST BE NOTARIZED. The
waiver form does not have to be notarized if it is signed in front of a 3rd Lair
employee.

Q: How long does it take to register and to receive your card?

A: Registration is about a five-minute process. All photo ID cards are made right away
or during your session.

Q: Should I bring my photo ID card every time I come down to the park?

A: Yes! - For speedy check - in service just show your card to a 3rd Lair employee and
you will not have to wait at all. We do keep your information on our computer
system as a back up, however in the event that you forgot to bring your card and
our system is down you will have to re - sign all of the paperwork.

Q: What if I lose my photo ID Card?

A: Replacement card fee is 6.00 dollars - so please be responsible and don't lose it

Q: What if I am under eighteen and I am coming with a friend's parent, can they sign
my 'Waiver Form'?

A: Yes, however the form is good for that day only. You will not be issued a photo ID
card until your parents or legal guardian come back to sign you in and you will
have to re - sign the 'Waiver Form' on your next visit.

HOURS, RATES, SESSIONS

Q: How long do I get to ride for?

A: Session times and fees vary please click on rates and hours for specific details.

Q: Do you have special hours and sessions during holidays?

A: YES! - We always change our session times around holidays or school breaks. Please
check on our website or give us a call to find out if we are opening early.

Q: How much is a membership?

A: Memberships are 95.00 dollars per year. They are good for one year from the date
of purchase.

Q: What does a membership do for me?

A: Members receive about half off from the regular from the regular session price.
They are also entitled to discounts on special events. Members will also receive a
special T-shirt when they purchase their memberships. We will be adding other perks
for members soon such as discounts in our pro - shop.

Q: Does it cost anything to watch?

A: No - Spectators can watch for free during regular session times. Spectators do
need to sign before they enter the park. Spectators are required to watch from the
designated viewing areas.

Q: Are parents required to stay at the facility during the session?

A: No - You are not required to stay and watch. We do have 'lifeguards' that watch
over all the riders during session times.

Q: If parents do elect to stay, is there an area for us?

A: Yes - We have a 'parents lounge' that is an ideal area to relax, read a book, or
watch some TV. The lounge has tables, chairs, counter space, and Internet access.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Q: What pads are required?

A: Everybody is required to wear a helmet at all times. All other pads are highly
recommended.

Q: What equipment do you rent?

A: We rent just about everything - helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and
skateboards.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Q: What happens if somebody gets hurt?

A: Our staff is trained and equipped to deal with any minor injuries. In the event of
a major injury our staff is instructed to call an ambulance.

Q: When is the least busy time for the skatepark?

A: Monday thru Thursday is the least busy times for the skatepark.

Q: I have a young rider who is interested in using the park for the first time, when is
the best time to bring him?

A: Saturday mornings are the preferred times for youngsters. We have our
instructors on hand from 8:00am - 11:00am. For more info on lessons please click on
'General Info.' Every Saturday morning, riders 12 and under receive 2.00 dollars off
the regular session price and can elect to take a one hour lesson from one of our
instructors.

Q: Do you have lockers available?

A: Yes - Lockers can be rented for 2.00 dollars with a 3.00-dollar deposit on the lock
and key. They may be used for the duration of your stay.

Q: What else do I need to know about the park?

A: The 3rd Lair is a great environment for anybody and everybody regardless of your
experience in action sports. Our park is designed for riders of all skill levels. We
have a very experienced staff and have a combined total of over fifty years of
experience in the skatepark industry. Our park is owned and operated by people who
have devoted their life to skateboarding and working with kids. You can trust that
everybody who visits and uses our facility will be treated with respect and care.
